Brian Saval
Vice President
Brian Saval is the fourth generation member of the family business, that began 87 years ago. Saval joined the family business in 2009 as sales representative in Baltimore City for Saval Foodservice. In 2013, he changed roles to join the National Sales team at Deli Brands of America, the manufacturing subsidiary of Saval Foods Corporation. In 2015, after learning the ins and outs of the deli business, he transitioned back to Saval Foodservice to manage the sales team, delivering record-breaking growth year after year.
In the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, Brian proved integral in forging relationships with local Non-Profit entities like the Johns Hopkins East Baltimore COVID-19 Initiative, feeding thousands of families each week.
He was named among the 2020 Baltimore Business Journal 40 under 40 Honorees.

“Saval Foodservice: Adding to its efforts to provide meals to the community during this difficult time, local distributor Saval Foodservice set up a donation drive in partnership with Atlas Restaurant Group at The Choptank in Fells Point on Thursday. Using a contactless pickup model, vice president Brian Saval gave out food packages to service industry workers who had been recently laid off. The drive will occur once again on Thursday, April 2 from 12-2 p.m.”
